Daily Event Timetable
10:30am – 3:30pm | Face Painting, Glitter & Temporary Tattoos
Visit our talented face painter and choose from a fantastic selection of colourful face paints, glitter tattoos and temporary tattoo designs inspired by the event. It’s the perfect way to get into the K-Pop spirit before the shows begin.
10:30am – 3:30pm | K-Pop Merchandise
Browse our themed merchandise area packed with exciting souvenirs, gifts and character-inspired products. You’ll also find even more exclusive items available in the park shop, plus special offers through the Wheelgate Park app.
10:30am – 10:50am | Welcome Party
Kick off the day by meeting the Huntrix Girls as they welcome guests to the event stage with music, singing and a fun warm-up to get everyone ready for a day of K-Pop entertainment.
11:00am – 11:45am | Live Performance One
Enjoy the first spectacular live show featuring favourite songs including Golden, Soda Pop, How It’s Done and What It Sounds Like. Join in with dance routines, audience participation and fun party games.
12:00pm – 12:45pm | Live Performance Two
Missed the first show? Don’t worry! The Huntrix Girls return with another high-energy performance packed with singing, dancing and interactive entertainment.
1:30pm – 2:15pm | Live Performance Three
Head back to the event stage for another chance to sing, dance and learn some fantastic K-Pop moves with the Huntrix Girls.
2:30pm – 3:15pm | Live Performance Four
The final performance of the day brings even more music, dancing and audience participation before the special meet and greet begins.
3:30pm – 4:30pm | Meet & Greet
Meet the Huntrix Girls, say hello and snap a memorable photo. Please note this session operates on a first come, first served basis, and while we’ll do our best, we cannot guarantee every guest will receive a photo opportunity.
