Please note that only one grandparent per paying customer (adult/senior or child/toddler ticket or annual pass holder) is eligible for free entry during the Grandparent's Day weekend. This offer does NOT include under 95cm tickets, comp tickets, stay play & explore, lodge tickets, or any ticket not listed in the T&C’s below. Prebook grandparents and standard tickets online; grandparents can simply turn up at the park for free entry alongside a pre-booked paying customer or pay for the customer on arrival and the grandparent enters free of charge.

1. The Grandparent's Day celebration will take place at Wheelgate Park on October 3rd and 4th, 2026.
2. Grandparents will receive FREE entry to the park during the Grandparent's Day celebration alongside a paying customer.
3. This offer is valid for one grandparent per paying child or adult/senior ticket or annual pass
4. Grandparents must be accompanied by at least one paying child or adult/senior or annual pass holder
5. The FREE entry for grandparents is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

To clarify the payment structure for Grandparents Weekend at Wheelgate Park:

- Each paying customer (adult or child) or annual pass holder can bring one grandparent for free.
- For each additional grandparent, an additional paying customer (adult or child) ticket (or annual pass holders) must be purchased.
- The offer of one free grandparent entry per paying customer(or annual pass holder) is applicable, and the ratio of paying customers to grandparents is one-to-one.
- For example, if a family wishes to bring two grandparents along with two paying customers, they would need to purchase two paying customer tickets (or two annual pass holders) and the two grandparents would receive free entry.
- Each additional grandparent beyond the one allowed per paying customer (or annual pass holder) would require an additional paying customer ticket to be purchased.
- This payment structure ensures that each grandparent brought to the park for Grandparents Weekend is accompanied by a paying customer (or annual pass holder).

6. Wheelgate Park encourages grandparents to participate in various fun activities and games specially organized for Grandparents Weekend.
7. The availability of fun activities and games is subject to weather conditions and operational requirements. Wheelgate Park reserves the right to alter or cancel any activities or games without prior notice.
8. Wheelgate Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the premises if they fail to comply with the park's rules and guidelines or engage in disruptive behavior.
9. All visitors, including grandparents, must comply with the park's safety rules and regulations for their own well-being and the safety of others.
10. Wheelgate Park reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
