Black Friday Annual Pass Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.**Pass Collection and Activation**: All annual passes must be collected and activated at the park from which they are purchased. Combined passes will NOT be granted access to our sister site until photos have been taken and uploaded to the App at the original park they were purchased from.

2.**Height Verification**: Upon your first visit, all children will be measured to ensure they hold the correct height ticket. If an incorrect ticket is purchased, the annual pass will need an upgrade to the appropriate height category, based on the pricing at the time of your visit.

3. **Activation Date**: Annual passes will be activated on the date of first visiting the park or three months from the purchase date, whichever comes first. All passes purchased under the same booking will activate at the same time.

4. **Photo Requirement**: All annual pass holders must have their photos taken during their first visit to the park for validation purposes.

5. **Pass Presentation**: Please remember to bring your annual pass with you on every visit to gain entry. For discounts at the café and gift shops, show your pass before payment to receive a 10% discount. Screen shots/photos of passes will not be accepted for entry or discounts in the park. Only the pass holder's photo and date will be verified at the time of purchase. Entry to the Parks will not be permitted in the event that a valid Annual Pass cannot be presented for any reason including, but not being limited to, the Annual Pass being lost, stolen, or forgotten. Failure to present a valid Annual Pass for any reason will result in a charge of the “on the day” gate admission rate, which will be non-refundable. Re-entry on the same day requires a hand stamp.

6. **Respectful Interaction**: We ask that all guests treat our staff with kindness and respect while entering the park. A positive experience is our goal, and we appreciate your cooperation. Anyone not following this

7. **Reservation Policy**: Annual pass holders can pre-book their visits online using the annual pass reservation ticket option. This guarantees entry to the park for that date of visiting, it also keeps you informed of updates regarding park hours, special events and allows you to add seasonal activities such as splash park time slots and activities that are taking place in the park. Possession of an Annual Pass does not at any time guarantee the Annual Pass Holder entry to the Parks. The Parks, acting reasonably, reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason including, but not being limited to, the relevant Park reaching full capacity or inclement weather conditions or for any other reason as more particularly set out in the Standard Terms and Conditions.

8. **Pass Misuse**: The sharing of annual passes with others will result in the immediate termination of your pass without a refund. We encourage all visitors to respect this rule for the benefit of all our guests.

9. **Attraction and Park Closure**: Please be aware that we may close certain attractions or the park itself at our discretion. The Parks, in their absolute discretion, reserve the right to vary the opening and closing dates of the Parks, remove or cancel all or any part of the rides, events or facilities within the parks without prior notice for any reason whatsoever including, but not being limited to technical, health and safety (including overcrowding) and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, the full value or any part of the value of the annual pass will not be refunded nor will any compensation be payable if any, or part of any, of the attractions at the Parks are removed or closed during the year.
