Visit Santa in his Grotto and choose your very own present
Visit Santa in his magical walk through forest of twinkling lights and sparkle, and have fun with cheeky elves along the way to the cosy Grotto where you will receive a special golden ticket from Santa himself! Then visit the toy workshop to meet our friendly elves, where you will have the choice of any toy you like to take home! We take a very special photograph of you and your family when you meet Santa, which is then available to purchase when you leave the Grotto.
Grotto Ticket must be in conjunction with a day pass, illuminations evening pass, season pass or complimentary ticket.
Upon entry to the park, you will be given a green ticket with your queue time on so that you can hand this in to gain entry to Santa’s magical forest. You will not be permitted entry without this ticket.
