Maintenance Engineer

The successful candidate will be working closely as part of a team tasked with ensuring that all items of equipment are maintained to the highest levels.

You will efficiently monitor and ensure that spare parts provisions are maintained to the required levels and ensure excellent communications are established and maintained with key client operational staff and all members of the maintenance team ensuring required performance is achieved and ensuring that Health and Safety monitoring, production and implementation of Safe Working Procedures are fully complied with.

Additionally you will add value to the overall business by promoting systems enhancements and also planning/implementation of the same.

This is a full-time position, one day at the weekend to be covered.

Animal Farm Team Leader

The successful candidate will be required to oversee our Animal Farm/Tropical House.

Duties will include supervising workloads, feeding, watering, cleaning and maintaining animals and their housing areas and maintaining records on all animals.

You will need to physically fit, hardworking and capable of carrying out all farm work as required. Experience Essential.

Part Time Gardener

The successful applicant will have significant experience and will need to demonstrate the skills and vision to develop the future potential of the parks landscape.
The prime purpose of the post is to provide landscaping, grass cutting and groundsmanship duties to a high standard within the park.
The postholder will be competent to undertake a wide range of duties including the full utilisation of machinery and equipment required for the work.
