Encounters

We are now offering a variety of keeper days and animal experiences!

Our keeper days run for a whole day, 9.30am-3.30pm. You will be able to get behind the scenes with our keepers and see what it really takes to keep all of our animals on Gruff Goat Farm happy and healthy! You will help with preparing feeds, mucking out, feeding the animals, and much more!
You will need to arrive 15 minutes early to get prepared and complete any paperwork needed.

Keeper for a Day  – £80.00.
Additional people – £30.00 each. Upto a maximum of four people.

You will be given a disposable camera at the beginning of the day so that you can capture those amazing moments! At the end of the day you will also receive a goody bag and certificate.

Animal Encounter Sessions.

In our animal encounter sessions you can get up close and personal with your favourite animal, you will get to prepare their feeds, feed them, help clean them out and hold them*. You will learn all sorts of interesting facts, and you will get shown the best handling techniques from our qualified keepers.

Our Animal Encounters last for a total of 1 hour.

This includes;�
Your induction
A free cup or tea/coffee and a cake
Preparation
Your hands on Encounter.

Then to jam pack your day full of fun you can enter the park for the rest of the day free of charge!

Encounter sessions – £40.00 per encounter
Additional People – £25.00 each 

Anything from meerkats, rabbits and guinea pigs, to snakes, lizards and creepy crawlies!

You will receive a gift and certificate at the end of your encounter experience.
